Westermeerwind wind farm is built in the IJsselmeer along the dikes of the Noordoostpolder. I was responsible for stakeholder analysis, communication strategy, and communication to all stakeholders, including the development of communication tools (like the website, brochures, a public open day, an educational package for local schools, a wind app to follow the production and the official opening).
